WHO WE ARE
Pioneer Support Services is a community-based organization that supports the mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges of adolescents in the Petersburg, Prince George, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Richmond areas. Through our wraparound support system, we are able to bridge the gap between family needs and community-based resources.

Pioneer Support Services provides a trauma informed approach, where we provide individualized and group support in the school setting that empower students to overcome challenges and thrive academically and in their communities. With our unique approach, we believe that students will have a better understanding of how to transform adversity into success and confidently see their bright futures.
OUR MISSION
To empower adolescents with the tools and support needed to overcome trauma and life challenges by providing a trusted mentor within the school environment to serve as a liaison between the school and family, facilitate individual and group coaching sessions, and schedule
check-ins within the classroom setting.
